Breathe Life Into Your Dying Team

Discover What Motivates Your Employees?

Have you lost team members?

Studies show that as many as half of all workers intend to look for a new job this year. Whether you are looking for ways to motivate your current employees to try and retain them, or onboarding new team members, we have tools that will help jump start the process of motivating your employees.

Our 12 Driving Forces® tool helps answer the why behind human actions and protect your most valued investment -- your people resources.

A Talent Insights® Report can provide a comprehensive view of your team members behaviors and drivers. These reports combine DISC + 12 Driving Forces® to paint a more complete picture of your team by revealing behaviors and drivers in one report.

We use DISC assessments to understand an individual’s natural vs. adaptive style. This insight provides valuable coaching insight which enables team members to better understand themselves and how others perceive them.

Scaling

Make Great Hiring Decisions & Resolve Internal Conflicts

Selecting the best candidate starts with understanding the needs of your organization, and then identifying the best fit candidates. Our Talent Insights tools will help with the onboarding process and can also be used as a tool to coach employees. Talent Insights® is a deeper dive into understanding the strengths and weaknesses of your team members.

When staff members have difficulty working together, workplace productivity suffers. Talent Insights puts the tools needed to improve coaching outcomes and to develop team members in the hands of managers. These tools can also be used to develop organizational leaders, and to put them on track to success within the company.

Planning

Improve Your Teams Productivity

Two of the keys to the success of any team is how well they collaborate and their level of productivity. Innovation requires collaboration, and collaboration is ignited by your team members Emotional Quotient.

Our Emotional Quotient assessment tool will identify how well your team manages their emotions and will unlock the power of emotions to increase collaboration and productivity. When your team can tap into their emotional intelligence, they will be able to exercise better self-management skills and better social regulation. With the use of these tools, your team will learn to work better together and build stronger relationships. Managing emotions can help reduce team conflict and improve productivity.

Engage Your Talent & Get Results

Supporting Black Employees

We offer services and assistance with leveraging team diversity. When it comes to the unique needs of your employees, we do not believe that one-size  fits all. We provide consulting and assessment services in the areas of recruitment, retention and staff development. In 2019, Harvard Business School published an article entitled 6 Steps To Building A Better Workplace For Black Employees. The article explains the unique challenges that Blacks face in the workplace, especially women. The issue of Black women struggling to ascend to leadership roles is not unique to any one company or industry. Ultimately, it is a problem of communication, respect and employee engagement.

As pointed out in a 2015 article in Black Enterprise,  black women are leaving Corporate America and taking their talent directly to consumers. This trend represents a corporate brain drain and the loss of talent needed to reach a diverse consumer base of many products and services. If you are looking for ways to improve employee engagement of black employees, we can help facilitate the conversation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Business Coaching?

Our business coaches assist and guide managers with organizational challenges, by helping to clarify the vision of their business and how it fits with their professional goals. Our coaching services are designed to take a business from where it is now to where managers want it to be.

We assist managers in strategic planning and goal setting to keep them accountable, so that they achieve success. Our business consultants build actionable coaching plans.

Proactive business leaders seek to understand why reaching business growth goals is important to them personally, and the impact it will have on the sustainability of the company. After all, the business leader ultimately determines the speed and passion in which the goal is met (if ever).

After clarifying where a business leaders want to take their business, business coaching will help plan and prioritize what goals and strategies are needed to help move the company closer to its goal. Our business coaches meet with regularly with your leadership team on a weekly or monthly basis, to keep them on track to the commitments made during the past coaching session.

Our senior level coaches have years of experience that we bring to the table. We help owners figure out what their goals are and create a road map to reach them. Their perspective on the company can help owners see which items are just tasks and which are long term objectives.

How Do I Know if Business Coaching Is Right for Me?

Many people wonder if they need a coach when it comes to business. They question whether they can accomplish their goals on their own without a coach. When we consider that the greatest athletes of all time never outgrew the need for a coach, this should give us a bit more confidence that the work of a coach is never done. We can learn a lot about the need for a coach when we consider the skills and experience needed to climb a mountain. In fact, some of life’s challenges can feel insurmountable, like the idea of climbing Mt. Everest.

When it comes to things like climbing mountains, most of us would take one look at the mountain and know that it would be a monumental task. But, until we have climbed a mountain like this one, we may never really know what it takes. Now consider how often you have experienced some of the same thoughts or feelings in your professional life. Have you ever felt overwhelmed, lost, or just generally like you didn’t quite have what it takes to go the distance? Take our survey to determine whether you exhibit any of the signs that others exhibited when they discovered they needed a business or life coach.

Find out if coaching is right for you.
